THE PROCESS
FIND A SELLER
There are a limited number of liquor licenses available per county. Look at the Listings tab to find available licenses in your county.
APPLY FOR TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
Fill out the form to the right. This allows us to follow up with you and connect you with a seller that meets your needs.
PURCHASE & APPLY WITH STATE
More steps are required depending on what you plan to do with your restaurant or bar. This could include receiving health approval from the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants.
WAIT FOR APPROVAL
The Division has to approve your application. This wait can vary in length depending on type of liquor license or how you fill out your application. It is recommended to complete all information in the application so as to quicken the wait time.
START SELLING
Once approved, you are ready to start selling according to your license. Verify any obligations that come with selling liquor.
